Staff made our stay special

From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like family. They were always available to assist, especially during meals with their thoughtful service. The diverse range of delicious food options kept our taste buds excited throughout our 6-night stay. The pools were serene, offering ample sunbeds even in peak season, and the view of the beach was breathtaking. My children loved the friendly animation team who kept them entertained with fun activities.

Who ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The location provided easy access to the beach, but we found some amenities needing improvement. we felt very welcomed and appreciated the caring atmosphere.

The beach access is relatively easy, and there are spacious pool areas that make it nice to lounge around. The evening entertainment occasionally offers a mini disco, keeping the vibe lively and fun for families.

The cleanliness of the dining buffet is lacking. tables often feel sticky and unwelcoming, making it a chore to find a proper seat during busy meals. The breakfast selection tends to be below average, with the quality noticeably less than in other budget hotels, making mornings less appealing. the air conditioning in the rooms can be unreliable, with some guests reporting issues that took too long to address, leading to discomfort. Lastly, the in-house taxi service is overpriced, charging significantly more than local alternatives, with questionable practices that could leave guests feeling a bit taken advantage of.

Awesome place with amenities like free wi-fi in public areas, a fitness center, and heated swimming pools. I remember the staff once helped me with bug spray. Highly recommend enjoying the diving opportunities! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Golf beach is such a serene place, with beautiful grounds and amazing pools. the staff were incredibly helpful. we especially loved the spa, where we enjoyed relaxing massages. the beach area was also stunning, perfect for unwinding by the water.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with the convenience of free parking and a lovely breakfast spread that included plenty of fresh salads, making it a perfect stopover for anyone looking to explore the area.

Friendly staff, enjoyed the beach access and children's club. Restaurant was a bit messy at times.

The snorkeling near the jetties was incredible, where I saw vibrant coral and a wide variety of fish. Special mention goes to Mr Moataz Samak for his attentiveness that made our stay feel special.

The animation shows were fantastic, yet the pool needs a revamp.

With spacious and clean accommodations, the family-friendly ambience really stood out. Enjoyed a superb selection from the fruit buffet each day, and the attentive staff made us feel welcome. the limited and unexciting offerings at the pool restaurant detracted from the overall experience, and the beach area was primarily coral, leaving little sandy space for children to play. it’s a good value but there's room for improvement.

Awesome snorkeling and friendly staff!

We had a blast at this resort! The snorkeling was top-notch, and the house reef blew us away. The staff were super chill and made us feel at home. Our room was spacious with a great sea view. Only thing was the long walk to the beach, which got kinda tiring after a while. Breakfast could be better too.

i had an incredible stay this valentine's day. the grounds were stunning, with amazing views of the pools and mountains. the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, especially during special moments.
